Returns, Refunds and Exchange:

It is our to make sure that you’re satisfied with your purchase. For that purpose, we offer full 90 day return period. If for some reason, you’re not happy with your purchase, you can return the item in the exact same condition that it was delivered to you. If the item was used, it may not be eligible for returns. However, we will accepts returns for exchange or store credits, subject to 15% restocking and refurbishing fee. For LCD Screens, please note that each screen comes with a seal on the clear plastic wrapper. Please inspect the screen for any cracks or scratches before opening this seal. Once the seal is broken, the item may not be returned for cracks or scratches. Please email or call us for more details. Please be sure to contact us and receive a RMA number in order to accept and facilitate any returns, exchange, or refunds. You can email or call us to obtain the RMA number. In any event we find that water damage or any non-refundable claims were present, we will return the item back to you and contact you beforehand.



We offer 1 year warranty on most products, unless stated otherwise. Within that one year, we guarantee that your product will operate exactly as advertise. If your charge malfunctions, your screen/LCD stops working, or even if your cell phone charger breaks, we’ll replace it at no cost. Warranty do not apply on screen cracks, water damages, or twisting of the laptop wire. Warranty is limited to cover only mechanical damages and malfunctions.

Order by 5:30PM Shipping Policy

We know that when your phone screen cracks or the laptop can't charge, it’s a emergency and time sensitive order. Please note that we treat all orders with utmost urgency. Order before 5:30PM Central time on any business day, excluding federal holidays, and your order will be shipped out the same day. Since we are human, sometimes mistakes may be made. If we somehow, for whatever reasons, cannot ship out your order the same day as promised, we'll go ahead and refund 10% of the shipping cost for you. For this immediate refund, please email us at and we'll process it right away. 


  • Shipping Carriers:  We ship through USPS (United States Postal Service). However, all overnight/Next Day Air Saver orders are shipped via UPS, which may or may not operate on some Federal Holidays. Regardless of that, we're still closed on Federal Holidays.
  • Overnight Orders: Overnight orders placed before 5:30PM CST on any business day excluding federal holidays will be shipped and overnighted the same day. We know that paying for overnight shipping means that it’s a very very urgent order. UPS pickup stations close at 6:30PM CST, thereby we have plenty of time to get your order out.
